As part of our Pre-application Advice service we can work on obtaining Permitted Development. We can give you an idea of the likelihood of getting Planning Permission should you need it and manage your Planning Application through to a decision.
It is our job to identify if any specialist input is required such as Conservation, Ecology, Flood Risk, etc and to provide information and advice to address them or to project manage input from other consultants as necessary.
Should your proposal be refused, that is not necessarily the end of your project. You have the right to Appeal . We can help you choose the right method of Appeal and manage your Appeal through this legal process.
In addition if you have carried out development that needs planning permission we can provide legal advice and guidance in relation to the Enforcement system. Let us know the history of your development and we can guide you through the system as you may find your development may be immune from Enforcement Action.
