Local Development Framwork (LDF) Consultations
The LDF is a series of documents setting policies and allocating land for development in each individual local authority up to 2026. It is a one off opportunity to have your land allocated for development up to 2026. The following Local Authorities are currently consulting on a series of documents that may be relevant to you if you have land in those areas.
- Leeds – Core Startegy Summer 2012, Allocations DPD Winter 2012
- Kirklees – Core Strategy Spring Summer 2012, Allocations DPD Late 2012
- Bassetlaw - Preferred Options DPD Consultation Expected Summer 2012
- Doncaster – Allocations DPD 2012 (Delayed due to Localism Bill)
- Selby – Core Strategy Examination in Public April 2012
- Calderdale
- York
- Harrogate
