Mineral extraction and waste disposal are particularly controversial and specialised subjects. Minerals and waste disposal sites are a finite resource and they are inevitably of critical interest to the public, as well as the subject of strict control by local authorities and central government agencies.
Waste Management can also be controversial and frequently attracts objection from the public. It is important that development is planned carefully from the start with attention paid to all aspects of environmental impact including air quality, odour and traffic.
Recent casework includes:-
 - Landfills in West, South and North Yorkshire, Wigan, Staffordshire, Kent, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire
