Boundary Determination
The survey department is experienced in working with solicitors and mediators who are involved in boundary disputes. Boundary survey reports can be produced in graphical and written form to assist the process of mediation. After agreement the survey can then be used to register the boundary with The Land Registry and can form part of the legal process. Our expertise can deal with the following issues:
