Planning for Caravans
At LDP we have formed close links with national suppliers of caravans and log cabins. Log cabins are often seen as an ideal opportunity to provide additional living accommodation for a relative within the curtilage of an existing property.
Utilising guidance in the Caravan Sites Act 1968 and the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960, our team has established on a number of sites across the country that planning permission is not required for caravans or log cabins of this nature, subject to certain criteria.
Should you be looking at providing ancillary accommodation or an annexe to your property, or be an existing or new caravan site looking to develop, please contact us for further details.
