We have used LDP for many years to great effect on awkward planning sites. We chose LDP after using a number of other consultants, who we found to be expensive, long winded at times, difficult to understand and often unsuccessful. LDP are, in our experience, very straight forward and easy to understand, they give excellent feedback on progress and on balance they are cost effective. Whilst their Pre-application Inquiry received a negative response from the council, they advised me to continue with an Application. Planning permission for my new house was granted thanks to LDP monitoring progress and responding in a timely fashion to queries raised by officers. Building works will commence in the spring and I can’t wait to move into my new home.
